The classic roller feed

Customizable parameters of our roller feeds

A classic roller feed can be customized. Here are the parameters.

Bandwidth

The maximum width of the strip material to be processed (in mm).

Strip thickness

The maximum thickness of the strip material to be processed (in mm).

Feed length

The maximum length of the material to be conveyed in each stroke (in mm).

Belt speed

The speed (in m/min) at which the material is transported through the roller feed.

Maximum feed rate

The maximum number of strokes per minute that the feed mechanism can achieve.

Roller arrangement

The number and arrangement of rollers in the feed mechanism.

Roller diameter

The diameter of the rollers that transport the material (in mm).

Adjustable feed length

The ability to adjust the length of the feed according to requirements.

Safety features

Modern roller feeds are often equipped with various safety features to prevent accidents.

Customizability

The ability of the roll feed to adapt to different materials or material thicknesses.

What is a roller feed?

A roller feed, also known as a roll feed or roller feed device, is a mechanism used in metalworking and other industrial applications to feed sheets or strips precisely and continuously through a stamping, forming, or cutting press. The roller feed ensures a consistent material supply and enables precise positioning and repetitions in the production processes.
