Customizable Coil End Straightening - Pre-Straightening Machine

Pre-straightening machines, also known as coil end straightening systems, are typically installed before large profiling systems, such as roll forming lines for round pipes. These devices are designed to grab the coils at the beginning/end of the strip, briefly press them, and use a four-roll combination to eliminate the strip curvature enough to ensure smooth threading into the roll forming line.

Universally designed machines are characterized by their ability to unwind coils from both the top and the bottom. An additional shear for cutting the irregularly shaped coil tongue complements the components into a compact unit.
