This press produces, among other things, the so-called "Chancellor's jug," which has its designated place on the conference tables of the Federal Chancellery. The special feature lies in the punching function, which is a unique characteristic for deep-drawing presses.
Specifically, the extremely different steps that are crucial for quality can be summarized and carried out on the same machine. In addition to the classic deep-drawing operations, the machine also performs punching, embossing, and forming.

The heart of these machines is the precise laser measurement and high-performance tools that enable wheel-specific, contour-accurate deburring without programming. The machines are characterized by:

- Clean wheels after the drilling process, as uncontrolled chip flying is prevented by a protective hood.
- The wheels are preserved because they are not completely drilled through, and the runner is removed using a "light stamping" method. This eliminates any stresses in the structure.
- Recycling of clean aluminum chips through immediate remelting is possible.
- By using minimal quantity lubrication, the chips remain dry and clean.
- A separation of chips and clippings, which may be equipped with a sieve, is possible.
- The cycle time from wheel to wheel is <20 sec.
- A chaotic production process is made possible by adaptive center alignment. The machine automatically determines the drilling depth.
- The unit is very compact (6.25 m³) and can be integrated into existing arrangements with other drilling machines or punches.
