Non-driven roller straightening machine with cassette exchange system
Due to their floor space saving and price competitive design, non-driven roller levelers are ideal machines for further processing operations, but also for rewinding metal sheet coils.
The pulling coiler or progressive feeders respectively are powerful enough to drag the strip material through the cascading straightening rollers. Cassette systems can be pulled out of the machine completely to enable rapid cleaning of the rollers. When opening the cassettes lid the rollers lie flat in the tray to enable thorough cleaning of the straightening line. The machine construction is rugged and braced solidly. It also features easy-to-change and affordable rollers. Adjusting the straightening seat via a two-step control is simple and can be done without much physical effort.
