Wheel de-flashing machines

G+K in-line wheel de-flashing machines have been in use for years and are characterised by quality, precision and high reliability.

The heart of these machines is the precise laser measurement as well as high-performance tools, which enable wheel-specific, true-to-contour de-flashing without programming.

The machines are characterised by:

  • Chaotic wheel feeding
  • Machining in throughfeed
  • Wheel contour detection via several laser systems
  • De-flashing of the outboard and the side cores in a continuous process
  • No programming required
  • Wheel sizes up to 24"
  • Short cycle time approx. 20 sec./wheel, cycle same with G+K wheel punching or riser drilling
