We have set up a funnel as a new way to apply for our vacancies. A funnel is a type of questionnaire that directs the user to the next appropriate question depending on the answer selected. This allows the applicant's requirements and skills to be compared step by step. We have opted for an individually programmed funnel in order to be independent of modular systems and to be in control of how the user data is handled. In addition, our new tool can be flexibly modified and therefore always fits our current job offer.
